Pilates is a therapeutic form of exercise
involving the body and the mind. Pilates
movement techniques are designed so that
everyone can benefit – the young and the
old, people actively living a healthy
lifestyle or those just getting started,
athletes, rehabilitation patients, and pre-
and postnatal women. The emphasis on proper
breathing, core muscle strengthening, and
lengthening and strengthening weaker muscles
while relaxing overactive muscles results in
a leaner, stronger, healthier, more
flexible, and energized body and mind.

classes in a beautiful and relaxing setting,
taught by certified Pilates instructors. Our
philosophy at Recreate Pilates is that
