What is Pilates?
Pilates is a system of exercises designed to strengthen the core muscles of the abdomen, back and hips while improving flexibility.

How do I get started?
New clients can begin with a private introductory session to learn about Recreate Pilates private sessions and group classes. Call the studio to set up the first visit at 310-316-5767
If you have prior reformer experience and would like to sign-up for one of our many weekly classes go to our online schedule now to get started!
Our philosophy at Recreate Pilates is that health has to come from a holistic place – the body, mind and spirit have to work in an integrated manner in order to achieve ultimate function. It is our goal at Recreate Pilates to make this wonderful form of exercise available to everyone, with options that fit every budget, while providing personally supervised reformer classes taught by excellent and skilled Pilates instructors. 

Our studio offers Private Pilates Reformer sessions, Group Pilates Reformer classes, and Ultimate Barre classes.  See our class descriptions to decide what will benefit your body and select one of our many package options to create a custom workout regimen that works best with your schedule.
